Josh is an entrepreneur in the real estate industry and a family wealth advisor. He is a licensed enrolled agent (EA) and the proud founder and CEO of Sarabi, LLC a national conglomerate that holds several important companies. Among these, Joshua Scott and Associates, LLC, is a leading EA firm that specializes in real estate tax strategy, restaurants, tax preparation, and tax representation. Another significant company under his leadership is Sarabi Capital, LLC, a real estate investment firm that acquires residential and commercial rental properties in traditionally underserved areas with the aim of restoring these regions to their full potential. Josh was inspired to start these companies by his passion for helping others realize financial freedom through real estate investing and the associated tax benefits.
